By purchasing from havi+helaina’s, you agree to the following terms.

Digital Product
All items are digital designs. No physical product will be shipped.

Customization
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details (names, dates, wording, photos, colors, etc.) at the time of order. Please double-check spelling and information before submitting.

Revisions
Each personalized design includes two complimentary revision rounds to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Additional revisions beyond two rounds may incur a small fee.
Major redesigns or design changes outside the original order may require a new purchase.

Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time is 24–48 hours after all required information and photos are received. During peak seasons, turnaround times may vary.

Digital Delivery
Final files will be delivered digitally via email or download. Customers are responsible for ensuring their email address is entered correctly.

Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the personalized nature of digital products, all sales are final once design work has begun. Orders may be canceled before work has started.

Usage
Designs are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.
